Sessions Volunteering (each family is requested to volunteer for at least 3 sessions):
Position: (Please check to make sure there are openings for the position you're signing up for - spillovers will be signed up to time for that session)
Timer - (38 needed for Friday and both AM sessions; 21 for all other sessions) - Report to skybox approx. 20-45 min. prior to session start Set-Up/Tear-down - (5 needed) - Thurs. 5:00-6:00 PM & Sun PM immediately following finals - Note that S-U/T-D counts as one session Child Care - (3 needed / afternoon session only) - Report to skybox approx. 15 min. prior to session start Announcer - (1 needed / session) - Report to skybox approx. 60 min. prior to session start Runner / Result Poster - (4 needed for Friday and AM sessions; 2 for other sessions) - Report to skybox approx. 20 min. prior to session start Parking Lot - (4 needed / session) - Report at the beginning of session warm-up or prior to session change-over (PM) Meet Marshall - (4 needed / session) - Report to skybox approx. 20 min. prior to start Timing Console - (2 for Friday and AM sessions; 1 for other sessions) - MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE - If you would like to learn please note "trainee" in Comments below OFFICIALS: Please contact Mark Davis by email at md@davisbenefitsgroup.com
