Sarasota High School
The 3A Sailors, led by Shark coaches Sherwood Watts and first year assistant Brent Arckey, return many Sharks from last year's team and should be a real contender in 2011. In 2010, the Sailor girls finished 7th in the state and the boys were 16th. Returning State finalists from last year include Cameron Davis, Kara Plocharsky, Gregg Cesaroni, and Roman Zaremba. Although the Sailors lost 4 Sharks to graduation, they are hoping to improve on last year's success.

Riverview High School
To say that Riverview High has depth on its swim team, is a huge understatement. With a strong group of incoming Freshmen swimmers joining an already strong squad of upperclassmen, the sky's the limit for this team. Having finished 1st at States last year, fourth year head coach Mark Matuszak will be looking for his Ram girls to defend their title as they have won four of the last five 3A State championships (2006-2008 & 2010). The boys are hoping for a top 3 finish after finishing 10th last year. Having lost multiple State Champion Nick Caldwell to graduation, the Rams will be looking to last year's Shark State Finalists to carry the load: Ashlee Linn, Taylor Katz, Joanna Murphy, Niam O'Grady, Lexy Raybon, Laura Toth, and Patrick Wall all return for 2011. Lakewood Ranch High School
Lakewood Ranch finished 3rd (girls) and 9th (boys) last year at States and will be looking to improve this year. The team will be returning State finalists Danielle Valley, Rebekah Baker and Will Kazokas to lead the effort. The Mustangs are looking to improve in 2011 with the following Shark swimmers: |

Booker High School
Booker moves to 1A this year from 2A. Having lost State Finalist Mckenzie Clark to graduation, Booker will be helped by last year's fabulous freshmen Bethany Leap, Grace DiMeo, and Liam McKane as well as junior Katie Boehm. The girls team finished 8th at 2A States last year and hopes to improve this year. The following Sharks will lead Booker's efforts this year: |
